Inner Line Pass (ILP)
HOW TO APPLY FOR INNER LINE PASS:
There are two modes to get Inner Line Pass
- Online
- Offline

For Offline ILP
There are two types of application forms for Inner Line Pass available in the District Office:
- Permanent Inner Line Pass (Valid for one Year)
- Temporary Inner Line Pass (Valid for 15 days only)
Procedure to apply for Permanent Inner Line Pass:
- Obtain an application form from Jan Suvidha Counter, DC Office Hawai, with minimal processing fee.
- Fill in the application form with the necessary details required.
- The details in the Undertaking page has to be filled by the Sponsorer / Local Guardian, like Trading Licence No. and Purpose of his/her visit.
- The applicant has to get the signature and the seal of the concerned Category:-
Government Employee – Head of the Department
Businessman – Bazar Secretary / Chairman
General- Gaon Burah / ASM - Submit the filled in application form to the Jan Suvidha Counter along with the necessary supporting documents indicated in the application form.
Enclosures Required for Govt. Employees:
- Any proof of Identity such as Aadhaar Card / Service Identity Card / PRC / Voter ID Card / Ration Card / Driving Licence / School Identity Card or Birth Certificate for minors.
- 2 (TWO) recent passport sized color photos.
Enclosures for Businessman:
- Attested copies of Trading Licence.
- Any proof of Identity such as PRC / Voter ID Card / Dependent Certificate / School Identity Card for minors.
- 2(TWO) recent passport sized color photos.
Enclosures for General Purpose:
- Any proof of Identity such as PRC / Aadhaar Card / Ration Card / Driving Licence / Voter ID Card / Dependent Certificate / School Identity Card or Birth Certificate for minors.
- 2 (TWO) recent passport sized color photos.

- Obtain an application form from Jan Suvidha Counter, DC Office Hawai with minimal processing fee.
- Fill in the form with the necessary details required.
- The details in the Undertaking page has to be filled by the Sponsore / Local Guardian, like Trading Licence No. and Purpose of his / her visit.
