Inner Line Pass (ILP)

HOW TO APPLY FOR INNER LINE PASS:
There are two modes to get Inner Line Pass

  1. Online
  2. Offline

For Offline ILP

There are two types of application forms for Inner Line Pass available in the District Office:

  1. Permanent Inner Line Pass (Valid for one Year)
  2. Temporary Inner Line Pass (Valid for 15 days only)

Procedure to apply for Permanent Inner Line Pass:

  1. Obtain an application form from Jan Suvidha Counter, DC Office Hawai, with minimal processing fee.
  2. Fill in the application form with the necessary details required.
  3. The details in the Undertaking page has to be filled by the Sponsorer / Local Guardian, like Trading Licence No. and Purpose of his/her visit.
  4. The applicant has to get the signature and the seal of the concerned Category:-
    Government Employee – Head of the Department
    Businessman – Bazar Secretary / Chairman
    General- Gaon Burah / ASM
  5. Submit the filled in application form to the Jan Suvidha Counter along with the necessary supporting documents indicated in the application form.

Enclosures Required for Govt. Employees:

  1. Any proof of Identity such as Aadhaar Card / Service Identity Card / PRC / Voter ID Card / Ration Card / Driving Licence / School Identity Card or Birth Certificate for minors.
  2. 2 (TWO) recent passport sized color photos.

Enclosures for Businessman:

  1. Attested copies of Trading Licence.
  2. Any proof of Identity such as PRC / Voter ID Card / Dependent Certificate / School Identity Card for minors.
  3. 2(TWO) recent passport sized color photos.

Enclosures for General Purpose:

  1. Any proof of Identity such as PRC / Aadhaar Card / Ration Card / Driving Licence / Voter ID Card / Dependent Certificate / School Identity Card or Birth Certificate for minors.
  2. 2 (TWO) recent passport sized color photos.

  1. Obtain an application form from Jan Suvidha Counter, DC Office Hawai with minimal processing fee.
  2. Fill in the form with the necessary details required.
  3. The details in the Undertaking page has to be filled by the Sponsore / Local Guardian, like Trading Licence No. and Purpose of his / her visit.
  4. The applicant has to get the signature and seal of the concerned category:
