Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC)

How to Apply for Permanent Residence Certificate(PRC).

1. Obtain an application form for PRC from Jan-Suvidha Centre , DC Office,Hawai with minimal processing fee.
2. Fill in the form with the necessary details required.
3. Recommendation of verifying authority (For rural areas GB/HGB/ASM should recommend) is required before submission of form to Jan-Suvidha Centre.
4. Submit the filled in application form to the Jan-Suvidha Centre along with the necessary supporting documents.

Supporting documents Required for PRC.

1. Xerox Copy of ST Certificate (Attested).
2. Aadhaar Card.
3. Passport Size colour photo two nos.
